Delivery Policy – essntlperfumes

essntlperfumes works with a CIPC registered business based in South Africa. We supply 100% authentic designer fragrances. All orders are fulfilled from our secure, access-controlled facility. We do not operate a walk-in retail store.

Order Processing
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days after payment confirmation
Orders placed after 12pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be processed the next business day
You’ll receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has been dispatched

Delivery Timeframes
We deliver nationwide across South Africa using trusted courier partners.
Standard delivery: 2-7 business days 
Delivery to townships and outlying areas may take an additional 1-2 business days
We currently deliver to South African addresses only

Tracking & Updates
Every parcel is sent with live courier tracking. You’ll receive SMS and email updates from the courier once your order is on the way. Essntl Perfumes is not liable for courier delays due to strikes, weather, or incorrect delivery details.

Packaging & Handling
All fragrances are carefully packaged and sealed to prevent damage or leakage during transit. Stock is stored in a controlled environment to maintain fragrance quality and authenticity.

Delivery Issues
Failed delivery: Couriers will attempt delivery up to 3 times. If unsuccessful, the parcel will be returned to us
Damaged parcels: Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos so we can assist you
Incorrect address: Please ensure your delivery details are correct at checkout. We cannot redirect parcels once dispatched
